1. Order Processing Time
We strive to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $9 flat rate.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15 flat rate
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $25 flat rate
3. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100 for domestic shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly via the shipping carrier's website or through your account on our site.
6. Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
7. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and finding a resolution for you.
9. Return to Sender & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
